Our Story
I met my husband Bobby while we were attending college at Clemson in the early 80s. We got married shortly after college and stayed in Clemson to raise our family. Bobby grew up in Clemson and has never lived anywhere else! We are involved in many events and activities that our little college town provides. I was named the Tiger Brotherhood Clemson University Mother of the Year in 2024! My family and I were recognized on the field in Death Valley at the Clemson vs Stanford football game on September 28. It was and is quite and honor and I owe much of it to the parents who trust me with "delivering a little love from home" to their students. My husband and I are now retired, but Bobby worked in the athletic department at Clemson for many years as well as our local school district. I was a high school teacher for 32 years but began my career at Clemson University opening the very first Visitor's Center and starting the student led Tour Guide Association which continues to be very active today. We raised our two daughters here. Our oldest went to Clemson in 2003. We were able to do special things for her and her friends because we live right here. We felt like there was a need to share this love with all of the stunts at Clemson University. When our youngest daughter left to attend Clemson in 2011, we felt this was the opportunity for us to begin our business, Tiger Baskets. We are a family of Clemson graduates who adore this University and this community. Our son-in-law is also a Clemson graduate and we have four little Tiger grandchildren! We love our little business and enjoy so much seeing the smiling faces of Clemson students when we "deliver a little love from home" for you!
